Vacation
All full time employees earn 12 days of vacation per year for the
first and second year; 15 days per year for the third and fourth year;
17 days for 5+ years; and 20 days for 10+ years.
All full time employees are granted 7 paid Holidays per year. They are:
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Day after Thanksgiving
Christmas Day
After 3 months all full time employees are eligible for 5 days of paid sick leave.
Tuition Reimbursement
After six months of full time employment the company offers a
Tuition Reimbursement Plan.
Health and Dental Insurance
The company provides medical and dental insurance for all full-time
employees accepted into the BlueCross BlueShield health plan. The
company pays 100% of the medical and dental insurance premiums for
full time employees and 50% of premiums for dependents of the full-time
employees. The employee is required to pay the remaining 50%.
Simplified Employee Pension (SEP) Retirement Plan
After 1 full year of employment the company offers all full-time
employees the opportunity to participate in the SEP Plan. The SEP
plan is used to save money for retirement on a tax deferred basis.
Life and Dismemberment Insurance
The Company pays the premiums for a $25,000 Basic Group Term Life
Insurance policy and a $25,000 Accidental Death and Dismemberment
insurance policy for each full time employee.
